Heating Solutions
Go Green

Voltcore is an advanced materials and mobility-tech start-up. Our mission is to create the most sustainable and energy-efficient surface heating solutions.

We developed, implemented, and scaled the technology for heating nanocomposite filaments and various derived products, providing unidirectional heating.

Our technology can be effectively integrated into car interior surfaces, such as increasing driving range during winter while enhancing the in-cabin experience.

Technology
Following a recent decade of innovation in nanomaterials, we found a way to give electrical conductivity properties to polymer filament.
Our team has developed a unique way of distributing of conductive elements and alignment them within the polymer that gives a desired range of resistance to use ultrathin filament as a heating element. Filaments can be used as ready-to-use applications for weaving to produce woven matrices for composites or textiles. We also developed and prototyped technology of heating textiles production with further lamination.
  • Ultimate energy efficiency

Because of directional heating and placing our material closer to the objects we minimize energy losses.

  • Eco-friendly

Our products not only reduce CO2 emissions, but can also be recycled, making them more friendly to our planet.

  • Safety

The technology is naturally safe because there is no risk of explosion or overheating.

  • Instant heating

The filament starts to radiate heat immediately after being turned on, eliminating the need to wait and spend additional energy in.

  • Affordability

Bringing advantages at the same price to last-generation heating solutions.
